Learn the basics of crocheting with Allison - 18th May 2024

Make four granny squares during the class and then join them together with Ally. We will add a picot border to the block of four granny squares. This will give you the knowledge to continue on at home- make a blanket, cushion cover, bag - the options are endless when you have the basic granny square under your belt.

The workshop will focus on working through how to do a basic granny square. During this workshop you will develop skills in:

Creating a slip knot
Chain stitch
Chain Space
Double crochet stitch
Slip Stitch

Yarn needle
8ply yarn
