Cancellation and Transfer Policy
You can cancel or change dates up to 10 days prior to the workshop and receive a full refund. This ensures your spot can be made available for another interested student.
Less than 10 days prior to the workshop we will be unable to reschedule or refund the cost. You may however transfer your booking to a friend or receive store credit to the value of the workshop.
All workshops will run if there are more than three people attending. However, if there is a sole person attending, it will be cancelled, and you will be offered a full refund or to transfer to another date. This will be done at least 3 days before the event.
If for any reason Grumpy Ginger Yarn Company must cancel a workshop for any other reason you will be offered a full refund or offered to transfer to another date.
Please contact us if you have undergone or will be undergoing testing for Covid-19, in these cases you will be booked into a later workshop or given credit to use in store upon provision of evidence.
Terms and conditions
Full payment is required prior to the start of the workshop to confirm your spot.
Minimum numbers - All workshops require a minimum of three people to go ahead. If your workshop does not have the minimum number of students, the workshop may be cancelled or postponed.
You will be notified within three days of the workshop date if it has been cancelled or changed. We cannot be held liable for travel or any other costs in the event of a cancellation.
If your workshop is postponed or cancelled, you can use the amount paid for the workshop to purchase another event/activity, use as store credit, or be issued a full refund.
