What is a virtual shopping experience? Once you have booked in your session one of our friendly stuff will consult with you via email to establish your project (size/meterage), colour preferences, brands, price range, and yarn weight (i.e. ply). Maybe you have a particular colour/brand in mind but aren’t sure if it is just right on your screen or you could have a colour palate but struggling to put it all together.
Our staff will then put together a suggested selection with the information you have provided.
During your 30-minute session you will get to have a wander around the shop and see all that there is to offer. Our staff will handpick and show you items as you request. Our staff will also present you with their recommendations from your brief and discuss the possibility of your project.

When: Select a time in the drop menu or contact us directly if you require your consultation to be outside of shop hours.
Cost: $40 per 30 minutes – The cost is refundable if a purchase is made at the time of consultation. The purchase must be to the value of or greater then $40.
Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or your booking fee will be retained.
If a specialty time is booked (time booked outside of our standard offerings) and you wish to cancel your booking fee will be retained.
