Shipping and Collection Policy
We use Aramex and Australia Post for our standard and express post shipping. We reserve the right to use whichever postal service is most appropriate for posting your items. All care is taken when packaging your items. We cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of the order.

Please allow up to 5 business days for packing of your order.
If you need your order for a gift, birthday present or special occasion, please allow plenty of time to allow for us to pick/pack and for any possible shipping delays. If it's a last-minute order, we always try our best to process and ship but once we send we can't guarantee delivery times.Â
Express Post orders will be packed as a priority. Express Post refers to the speed that your order will be delivered by Aramex or Australia Post. Express Post does not mean that your parcel leaves our store on the same day.
If a repost is required, this will be at your expense.

International Shipping
International shipping to countries other than Australia and New Zealand is available through Australia Post using their Standard International and Express Post International service. Prices will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight/dimensions of the package.
Any taxes or tariff requirements on the receivers Country is at the purchase expense.

Preorder
Preorders require full payment prior to the order being placed with the supplier. Preorders are final and are not subject to refund or exchange.
Items listed as preorder and dyed to order are not currently in stock. Although we make every effort to provide an accurate date of arrival, it is an approximate date only and items in your order may be slightly early or late, often due to circumstances beyond our control.
Other items that are ordered at the same time as a preorder will be held and shipped together with the preorder item once it's ready. Please process a separate order if you would like these items shipped immediately.

Store Pickups
We offer an in-Store Pickup service which you select at checkout. When your order is ready you will receive either email or text notification.
Paid orders: Your order will be held for 14 days only. After 14 days the items will be returned to stock with no refund or credit note. If you know you cannot collect your order within the 14-days, please call or email us info@grumpyginger.com.au. You will have one month from the original Ready for Pick Up notification date to collect your purchase. If, after one month, your order has not been collected, the items will be returned to stock with no refund or credit note.
Payment on Pick Up: Your order will be held for 3 days from date of purchase. If the items remain unpaid after 3 days they will be returned to stock.
Please note: If Payment on Pick Up is selected for a workshop, your place will not be secured until this payment has been made. Please refer to our Workshop Terms and Conditions.

Ashford
Ashford items can either be collected in store or Dropship (items sent directly).
If collecting in store and your order is under $200 an Ashford ordering fee of $10 will be payable. If your order is above $200 (not including shipping) there will be no ordering fee. Your order will be held for 14 days from the time you received emailed or text notification that the item is available. After 14 days the items will be returned to stock with no refund or credit note. If you know you cannot collect your order within the 14-days, please call or email us info@grumpyginger.com.au. You will have one month from the original Ready for Pick Up notification date to collect your purchase. If, after one month, your order has not been collected, the items will be returned to stock with no refund or credit note.
If the item is a larger item, it will have a note at the bottom of the product listing on our website advising it will require Dropship for and additional $18.00. An invoice will be issued separately for this. Once Ashford have processed your item, they will send directly to you. Both Ashford Order Confirmation and Tracking information will be emailed to you as we receive it from Ashford.

Returns & Refund
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and products should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt together with your contact details. We cannot accept liability of items being return for lost or damage in transit and recommend using a recorded delivery service. For further information, refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
