Come and join Natalie aka Detroit Knots for a two hour virtual workshop on Sunday 22nd March 2026.

When: 9am - 11am, Sunday 22nd March 2026

Please note this is a virtual class, you can attend from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. We will hold our session of the class instore at Grumpy Ginger Yarn Company. If you are joining remotely we will send you a link to the virtual classroom via your email, please ensure these details are up to date.

Class Pre Requisites:

Prior knowledge of the basic stitches, forward pass, return pass and bind off

This Class Covers:

How to use the basics of Tunisian crochet to work various stitch patterns. Using the basic Tunisian stitches along with extended stitches, we will create texture. You will learn how to create bobbles, ripples, ribbing and twisted stitches. We will also drive into using multiple colours.

Class Requirements:

Three colours of any smooth DK yarn, a 6mm or 6.5 Tunisian Crochet hook without a cushion handle.
