Would you like to begin your journey into sock knitting?
Beginner Sock Knitting
This workshop has been developed for people who want to learn how to knit their own socks. Knitting socks involves a few advanced skills and techniques that may require some support to get it right. Learning these skills with some support in a small group setting will set you up for a lifetime of knitting beautiful socks! Socks are the perfect summer knit due to the lightweight yarn and small size, and also fantastic for gifting – everyone wears socks! We will focus on knitting top down socks with a heel flap and gusset and will also talk about and explore the many other types of socks out there that you can make.
