In this hands-on workshop, Jarrad will guide you through the process of transforming existing yarn by layering new colours over the top to create fresh, exciting and completely unique results. You’ll discover how colour interacts, how to work with what you already have, and how even the most unexpected skeins can become favourites.

What You’ll Learn
During the workshop, you’ll:
- Learn the basics of overdyeing yarn
- Understand how existing colours influence the final result
- Explore colour choices and layering techniques
- Learn how to refresh or completely transform a skein
- Gain confidence to experiment with yarn at home
What to Bring
Please bring:
- One or two skeins of yarn that you would like to overdye

Your yarn must be made from natural fibres, such as wool, alpaca, silk.
Please note: Synthetic fibres, including acrylic and polyester, will not absorb the dyes used in this workshop and are therefore not suitable.
